Planning Submitted on The Parks, Uttoxeter

We're pleased to announce that Mercian Group have now formally submitted a planning application for our proposed development in Uttoxeter.

Once agreed, it will allow the construction of a brand new 76 bedroom care home which will be operated by Borough Care Limited, along with 14 affordable homes to help address an ongoing undersupply within the area.
