Cowbridge - DEAL EXCHANGED
Mercian Group is pleased to announce exchange of contracts with McCarthy Stone in the beautiful market town of Cowbridge, South Wales. We are incredibly excited to support McCarthy Stone submit a planning application comprising retirement living apartments and commercial office space. The site is 2.4 acres (approximately) and was a former vacant dairy farm.
